To maximize the benefits of our Corporate Social Responsibility policy, we require our suppliers to demonstrate their commitment to the same standards of behavior as Belgacom.

Public section

The Supplier Portal is a communication tool that will allow suppliers to better know the Belgacom Procurement organization and to register themselves.

Registration + Private section

Once supplier's registration is accepted, the Supplier Portal enables to log into the Private section in order to access the information and services most important to doing business with Belgacom Group.

e-Sourcing

As Belgacom seeks out more leading edge and diverse solutions to meet the new challenges, we must look to diversity in suppliers who can contribute towards this objective by generating a diverse range of ideas and solutions. Registered and accepted suppliers can actively participate in the e-Transformation of Procurement by taking part in RFI's, RFQ's and e-Auctions that will be published over the internet using an SRM e-Sourcing application.

CertiONE

Electronic exchange of messages between Belgacom and its suppliers are crucial. Belgacom Procurement is extending its e-Transformation with its suppliers by moving away from the traditional time-consuming flow of paper mails and documents. Therefore Belgacom uses the CertiONE platform. The main advantage are reduced cycle times, cash discounts, paperless environment and end-to-end process efficiency.
