Closing of the acquisition by Belgacom of the Phone House Belgium

On 15 April 2011, Belgacom announced the acquisition of Wireless Technology owning a chain of The Phone House stores in Belgium, subject to approval by the competition authorities. The Belgian Competition Council formally approved the acquisition on 23 December 2011 and the transaction was closed today.
