Appointments in Belgacom's management

To realize its ambition of continued success in the future, Belgacom has changed the competences within its management team. On 1 January 2012, the following appointments will enter into effect:

Michel Georgis, currently EVP Consumer Business Unit, will become Executive Vice President Human Resources. Michel Georgis will also be in charge of the internal communication department.

Scott Alcott, currently EVP Service Delivery Engine & Wholesale, will succeed Michel Georgis as Executive Vice President Consumer Business Unit at the head of the department for residential customers.

Bruno Chauvat, Executive Vice President Strategy & Content, will for the time being take on the responsibilities of the Service Delivery Engine & Wholesale department.

Philip Neyt, Vice President Public Affairs and Mergers & Acquisitions, will, in addition to his current duties, be responsible for Regulation, Corporate Communications, Corporate Identity and Branding.

Igor Makedonsky, currently ad interim head of the legal department, has been appointed Vice President GroupLegal & Compliance.
