Scope
This call is issued to Belgacom employees who themselves work as volunteers in non-profit associations.

Selection criteria
To be selected, your project must meet the following criteria:
- You must be actively employed within the Belgacom Group. Retirees and employees who left the company under the PTS, BeSTand Tutorship programs are also eligible.
- You must be involved in the development or execution of the project.
- You must have been an active member of the association for at least one year. With your application, you must enclose a letter attesting to your activities within the organization and signed by its president or another member of the board of directors.
- The project must originate from a recognized Belgian association, governed by Belgian law and holding a Belgian bank account. The association must possess articles of association, have a transparent organizational structure and be non-profit.
- The project must be carried out on the initiative of the organization itself and must be completed within the year.
- The invested resources must directly benefit people in financial or social difficulties living in Belgium.
- All projects with a social purpose will be considered. Projects may not serve the interests of a given individual, nor be explicitly religious or political in nature. Projects may not be racist or extremist in nature, nor violate Belgian law. They must comply with the Belgacom Group's code of conduct.
- The financial assistance granted by the Belgacom Foundation may only be used within the framework of the project and may not be used to pay salaries or to provide other forms of structural support.
- Projects involving infrastructure work will not be considered. Projects involving the purchase of materials intended to expand the association's activities will, however, be considered.
- The maximum amount allocated per initiative is EUR 5,000.
- An association may not receive more than one grant per year from the Belgacom Foundation.
