The Belgacom Foundation distributes computers once a year through a project call to non-profit organisations and to schools from the specialised sector.

Selection criteria
To be selected, your project must meet the following criteria:
- Your association/school is recognized, and governed by Belgian law.
- Your project will be carried out in Belgium.
- The aim of your project is to reduce the digital gap.
- Your project is of common interest and non-commercial.
- Your project does not have any ties to a political ideology or party.
- Your project may not be racist or extremist in nature, nor violate Belgian law.
- Your project is realistic and must be clearly described.
