CSR report
In our annual CSR reports, we aim to provide a balanced account of our performance on the socioeconomic, ethical and environmental issues which are the most relevant to Belgacom at Group level.
These issues have been identified through research, benchmarking with other telecom operators, stakeholder engagement, media tracking and other methods. You can find here an explanation of the process we use to assess the issues that are material to the Belgacom Group.
We base our CSR reporting on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI:G3) sustainability guidelines. An index of conformance with the G3.1 guidelines is available via the link below.
Ernst & Young gave a limited assurance on the qualitative information and on a selection of key indicators for the year 2011 (covering all our CSR commitments), identified by a √ in our ‘Key Figures’ table.
