• Private customers are dealt with by the Consumer Business Unit (CBU).
  
• Professional customers, meanwhile, can call on the services of the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU).
• BICS, a joint venture concluded between Belgacom, MTN and Swisscom, is responsible for the international carrier activities.
• Service Delivery Engine & Wholesale (SDE&W) takes care of the IT and network services. Its wholesale activity offers telecommunications services to other operators and providers on the Belgian market.
• Staff and Support (S&S) groups together all the horizontal support functions of the Group's activities.
